Valikoimastamme löytyy pitkähihaista ja lyhythihaista YÖmekkoa pitkällä helmalla, sekä lyhythihaista YÖmekkoa lyhyellä helmalla, joten suosikkimalli löytyy lahjan saajalle varmasti.

    Mikäli et osaa valita mitä hankkisit, anna lahjan saajan itse päättää ja osta Versonpuodin lahjakortti - lahja, joka on aina käyttäjälleen sopiva. Voit valita verkkokaupasta joko sähköisen lahjakortin, jolloin lahjakortti toimitetaan heti ostotapahtuman jälkeen haluamaasi sähköpostiosoitteeseen. Voit myös ostaa verkkokaupan kautta perinteisemmän, paperisen lahjakortin joka toimitetaan sinulle postitse.

      Online Store Delivery Terms

      General 

      The products on the online store are sold by Verson Puoti Oy, business ID 2716292-3. We sell products to private individuals aged 18 and over to Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to the prices and delivery charges.

      Ordering

      You can place an order by adding items in the shopping basket and paying for the content of the basket using the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Contact information collected during the order process is not used for any other purpose than order delivery or to resolve potential queries unless stated otherwise. By placing an order, we assume that you have read, understood and accepted the current delivery terms.

      Payment: Klarna Checkout payment system

      You can choose an invoice, installment, card or direct payment as the payment method. Klarna Checkout makes sure that you can safely make your purchase using the payment method of your choice. Klarna Checkout offers customer identification. For this reason, the package pick-up point should generally be within a radius of approx. 10 km from the delivery address on the order.

      The customer can choose a suitable payment method himself, such as direct payment through his own online bank or card payment. Klarna Checkout includes all Klarna payment methods:

      Order and Payment Confirmation

      Once we receive your order, we will immediately send you an email order confirmation, which will include your order details.  Please make sure you always check the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our customer services. Please save your order confirmation for future reference in case you need to get in touch with the customer services. When contacting the customer services, make sure you have your customer and order number available. Please check the content of the parcel matches the items listed in the order confirmation.

      Delivery Time

      The delivery time for products in stock is 3 working days (Mon - Fri). During busy periods we aim to deliver within 5 - 7 working days. 
      Changes to the normal delivery times are updated in the "NEWS" section of the Versonpuoti homepage.

      Delivery Methods and Charges

      Delivery charges include postage and packaging costs. You can check the delivery charges once you have chosen the payment and delivery method. Our orders are delivered by Posti parcel service.

      Free delivery on orders over 100€ .

      In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.  The right to return only applies to items that are in unused and resalable condition in their original packaging.
      Please include the following information with your return: • your customer number, name, address and phone number • and a copy of order confirmation from Verson Puoti.

      Failure to collect an order is not a return!

      For orders placed outside of Finland, the customer pays postage charges for returns.

      When returning your order, please include the full address below on your parcel.

      Please note, the right to return does not apply to cut-to-length fabrics.

      Any complains relating to the cut-to-length fabrics must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

      We are unable to accept returns that have not been received within 14 days of the delivery of the order. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the money directly to your bank account.

      Problems with the delivery and faulty products:

      The notice of an incorrect delivery or faulty products must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. If the parcel is damaged during the transportation, you must immediately inform the delivery company of the damage.

      Other

      We reserve the right to make changes to our delivery terms. It is the customers responsibility to check the delivery terms before placing an order. Versonpuoti handles all customer information in complete confidence.
