Return Policy
Customers have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The 14-day period starts from the date of receiving the shipment. For returns within Finland, we charge a return fee of €6.90 per shipment.
If a product is returned after the 14-day period, the seller has the right to retain 30% of the product’s price in addition to delivery and return costs.
The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products, excluding earrings due to hygiene reasons. Do not remove product tags if you intend to return the item. If the returned product is not in resalable condition (e.g. contains lipstick stains, pet hair, damage, dirt, etc.), Versonpuoti has the right to either return the item to the customer without refund or retain the product and refund 50% of the purchase price.
We offer one free exchange for full-priced products within Finland. In this case, you may use the Posti or Matkahuolto contract code once free of charge. For discounted, promotional, or coupon-code purchases, we charge an exchange fee of €6 per exchange. A payment link will be sent to you for this purpose. Please always contact our customer service by email before making an exchange.
If, after a partial return, the total value of your order falls below the free shipping threshold (€150), we will deduct €4 in original shipping costs from the refunded amount in addition to return costs.
Failure to collect a shipment is not considered a return. Versonpuoti reserves the right to charge a €15 handling/return fee for unclaimed orders. If you know in advance that you will be unable to receive your order, please contact us beforehand.
Once the return has been approved, received, and processed, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Campaign Products and Promotional Benefits
If your order included a promotional benefit (such as a discount, store credit, or free gift), the benefit remains valid only if the campaign conditions are still met after a return.
If the return causes the campaign conditions to no longer be met, the benefit will be cancelled. The remaining items will then be charged at their normal retail prices, and any price difference will be deducted from the refund.
Example: A customer received €20 store credit for an order of at least €99.90. If part of the order is returned and the total value falls below the required amount, the benefit is removed. The remaining products will be charged at their normal price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund.
In such cases, the refund may be reduced by the product’s normal price and the return fee (€6.90). If the customer wishes to exchange a product purchased with a promotional benefit, the exchange fee is €6.
Packaging Instructions
Pack the item neatly, preferably in its original packaging, and ensure it is clean. Seal the package carefully with tape.
Note: Do not use staples.
Staples may damage the garment by getting caught between the packaging and the product. (This has occurred multiple times.)
Include the completed return form that came with your order. Remember to indicate whether you are returning or exchanging items.

Returning via parcel locker (Posti or Matkahuolto):

Enter the contract code (use this if your original delivery method was not Posti) or the original shipment tracking number on Posti’s website. You will receive a return code (“Helposti code”) that allows you to return the parcel to your chosen locker. At the same time, you can select a suitable return location.

Matkahuolto
As a registered customer, you can activate a return shipment in a few clicks via Matkahuolto’s online service.
Log in to Matkahuolto’s website or open the Paketit app. If you are not yet registered, you can sign up on their website or download the app.
Select the parcel you wish to return.
Choose “Return” and enter the return code provided by the online store.
You will receive an activation code, which allows you to drop off the return at any Matkahuolto parcel locker or service point.

Exceptions to Returns
The right of return does not apply to fabrics cut to a specific length. Any complaints regarding such fabrics must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Complaints are accepted only for unused and uncut fabrics.
Transport Issues and Defective/Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order by email at asiakaspalvelu@versonpuoti.fi or by phone at +358 45 173 8900.
If the package has been damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the carrier as soon as possible.
