General information about the online store
Products in the online store are sold by Verson Puoti Oy (Business ID: 2716292-3). We sell our products to adult private customers in Finland as well as in EU and EEA countries. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details collected in connection with an order are used only for delivery purposes or to resolve any issues related to the order, unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you are required to have read and agreed to the currently valid delivery terms.
Payment and payment methods
PAYTRAIL OY
With Paytrail, you can easily pay for your purchases using your preferred method. Available options include online bank payments through all Finnish banks, payment cards such as Visa and Mastercard, as well as MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also choose invoice or installment payment via the Walley service. Payments are secure, and all transactions are processed through Paytrail’s protected connection. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout with a single click.
Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) acts as the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, we kindly ask you to contact the product supplier first.

KLARNA PAYMENTS
Klarna also offers the option to pay in installments. You can choose a fixed monthly payment or a flexible payment plan and manage your payments later via the Klarna app.
If you choose “Pay later” or “Installments,” Klarna will send the invoice to your email after purchase. You can also view and pay invoices in the Klarna app or online at app.klarna.com.
Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email, including your order details. Please always check the contents of the confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Keep the confirmation in case you need to contact us. When contacting customer service, please have your customer number and order number available if applicable.

Delivery time
Our delivery time for in-stock products is approximately three business days. During peak periods, delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days. Any exceptions will be announced on the Versonpuoti website.
Delivery methods and shipping costs
We offer delivery via Matkahuolto, Posti, and PostNord. More information about delivery methods can be found at:

Shipping costs within Finland range from €4.90 to €9.90. Free shipping is available for orders over €150, calculated per parcel.
If you wish to combine multiple orders into one shipment, at least one of the orders must use a delivery method that ensures all combined orders can be delivered together.
(If the value of your order falls below the €150 free shipping threshold after a partial return, we will deduct €4 in original shipping costs from the refund in addition to return costs.)
Receiving your order
Please check the received products as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the order. Also ensure that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.
Transport issues and defective/incorrect products
If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order by email at asiakaspalvelu@versonpuoti.fi or by phone at +358 45 173 8900.
If the package has been damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the carrier as soon as possible.

If you are ordering with a Business ID, please contact us by email or phone. We will provide further instructions.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Customers must review the current delivery terms before placing an order. Versonpuoti handles all customer information in strict confidence.
